1. When you send us a referral, we will send you back an email confirming or denying their eligibility within one business day.
2. If your referral is already in our system or we have visited with them in the past, this would not count as a new referral.
3. Your referral must be registered through the form below prior to their first appointment with us.
4. You must be an 'active' Richmond Window Corp. employee at time of payout. (W-2 or 1099)
5. You cannot combine prior incentive plans for referrals, 'arc' or 'self-gen' programs.
6. Incentives are paid out the last payroll following the month's end. (Example: Appt is in March, first reward payout is on last payroll of April)
7. This program is effective as of April 17, 2023 and can be changed at ownership's discretion.
